With reference to the Jakarta E Prix (EV Racing) we would like to invite the underneath persons for
meetings in London.

The purpose of the meetings will be, make awareness of Formula E racing in general and a possible
investment in a UK company, this UK company is anticipating to acquire the majority shares from the
Chinese company SECA (Partly state owned by the chines state) in to the team DS Techeetah . The team
is three times world champ in the FIA Formula E competition
The London management of the Formula E organisation will also explain during the visit the marketing
outcome of the Jakarta E-Prix.

The underneath persons will be in the United Kingdom from the 29” of August until the 3’d of
September 2022. The Hotel of choice is the Rubens Hotel at Buckingham Palace Road.
The proposed meeting schedule is as follows:
August 29

Arrival from Jakarta in London and check in hotel.

August 30

Morning meeting at the office at Grosvenor Gardens, Victoria (strategy meeting)

Afternoon meeting with representatives Formula E organisation

Evening dinner at Indonesian Restaurant with representatives of the Indonesia Embassy in London.
