Cancelling your services

You have a right to cancel your Virgin Media
services (without paying an early termination fee)
within your cooling o$ period, which is 14 days
from the latest of: (1) the day after the delivery of
the Virgin Media equipment; (2) the Virgin Media
service start date; and (3) the day on which you
received a copy of the Virgin Media terms and
conditions. By ticking the box agreeing to Virgin
Media’s terms and conditions, you are also
agreeing to your Virgin Media services starting
as soon as possible. If you cancel during your
cooling o$ period you acknowledge that you will
have to pay for the supply of services that you
receive and you will lose the Volt bene#ts on your
O2 services. For details of all your rights to end
your contracts in other circumstances including
how to do it, please refer to the Virgin Media and
O2 terms and conditions.

Statement about early

disconnection
If you cancel your services before the end of the
minimum period, including where you move
home to a property outside the Virgin Media
network, you may be charged an early
