    I am writing a letter of unequivocal support to Lukaaga Kevin. Kevin is my brother and we shall a lot in
    common starting with the blood of Mr. Kiwanuka Samuel and Mrs. Namusis Florence Nabukenya. He
    was born on 27/07/1998 in Kawempe hospital and currently residing at Livingstone hall, Makerere
    University.

    He is a student at the department of geology and petroleum studies at Makerere University undertaking
    a bachelor of science in petroleum geoscience and production and currently in his final year of study.

    Lukaaga Kevin is a good self-driven and a critical thinker person and he is a quite brilliant person
    evidenced by his excellent academic documents. I highly recommend him that a passport is granted to
    him and that the information submitted is true.
