Hyderabadi Chicken 65 Recipe

Ingredients

To Marinate

1. Boneless Chicken  300 gm


2. Ginger Garlic Paste   1 tsp
3. Green chilli paste   1/2 tsp
4. Chilli Powder   1/2-1 tsp
5. Garam Masala powder  1/2 tsp - 1 tsp
6. Cumin Powder   1/4 tsp
7. Fresh Ground pepper    to taste
8. Salt   to taste
9. Egg  1 no.
10. Corn Flour   1 tsp
11. Maida/All purpose Flour   1 tsp

Other Ingredients

1. Oil   1/2 tbsp + to deep fry


2. Fennel seeds   1/2 tsp
3. Garlic   2 fat clove(finely chopped)
4. Ginger   1/2 tsp(finely chopped)
5. Green Chilli   5 no.(slit open or chopped)
6. Chilli powder   1 and 1/2 tsp ( or add 3/4 tsp for medium hot)
7. Kashmiri Chilli powder   1/2 tsp*
8. Curry Masala Powder or chicken masala powder  3/4 -1 tsp
9. salt   to taste
10. Curry leaves   1 sprig
11. Cilantro   2-3 tbsp(finely chopped)
12. Plain Yogurt|Curd   1/2 cup(beaten well)

Method
In a mixing bowl, add chicken pieces and all other ingredients
under "To Marinate" and mix everything well and keep aside
for 30 to 40 minutes.

After that heat oil in a kadai, to deep fry chicken...when oil is


hot deep fry the chicken pieces in medium heat till crisp and
golden brown.

Once done, drain fried chicken in paper towel and keep aside.
Now heat 1/2 tbsp oil in a pan, when it is hot add fennel
seeds, finely chopped ginger, garlic, green chilli, curry leaves
and fry well.

And then turn the heat to low and add well beaten yogurt,
immediately add chilli powder, curry masala powder, salt and
stir well.
Once mixed add fried chicken pieces, and saute well.
