NOTES:


Additional fees may be applicable in addition to the above e.g. service tax, stamp duty, expenses,
disbursement and 3rd party fees including but not limited to legal fees, fund manager, property agent
and tax agent fees

as–Salihin Trustee Berhad (aST) will start to charge the Annual Estate Administration Fee in
FULL upon obtaining Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration with Will Annexed or Letters of
Administration.

The Annual Estate Administration Fees (%) rates are locked at the point that client signed up for
the Wasiat and remains so regardless of whether there is any increase in the Estate Administration
Fee Rates in future.

Should the distribution period take less than 1 year, the chargeable rate of Estate Administration
Fees is charged in FULL and will not be pro-rated. If the distribution period takes more than 1 year,
the chargeable
rate of Estate Administration fees for the final year distribution will be pro-rated.

Replacement fee is incurred when aST is terminated as an executor. The replacement fee is charged
on the gross estate value at the point of termination of aST as the executor.

Gross Estate Value includes both movable and immovable assets. It is the total value of a person’s
assets before liabilities such as debts and taxes are deducted

Generally, the immovable asset is valued one time only from the date aST administers the estate
which is the date when the Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration with Will Annexed or Letters
of Administration is obtained but may be revalued from time to time if the appreciation in value is
significant.
