The number of vacant seats may increase, and shall be notified on the date of counseling, i.e., 30/9/2011.

PROCEDURE OF ADMISSION -Interested candidates should apply, in the prescribed form, along with application fees of Rs. 500/-, and requisite documents, to the Department, on or before 30-9-2011 (10.00 AM). Any candidate, who had already applied for Ist / IInd Physical Counseling, by submitting the duly filled form (along with the application fees), need not submit the application fees again, but shall have to submit a fresh application form, in the prescribed format. -All the vacant seats shall be filled through Haryana General category (open), giving first priority to the candidates who had qualified the on-line test, conducted by the HSCS, strictly in the order of merit. -In case candidates from on-line test are not available, these seats shall be filled, strictly in the order of merit, on the basis of merit obtained in the qualifying examination, viz., -10 + 2, taking the marks of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics / Biology, for B. Pharm. Ist Semester, and -Diploma in Pharmacy, for B. Pharm. IIIrd Semester, into consideration. In case of tie, preference shall be given to the candidate senior in age. -Candidates shall have to produce the requisite documents ( 3 sets of attested copies + Originals ) at the time of counseling. Upon offer of seat, the candidate shall have to deposit the requisite fees of Rs.23,130 approx. + late fees, immediately, and submit the receipt of the same to the department.
