II. VISION AND MISSION

a) Present Situation

Filipino people really like to try something that is new that smells interesting for
their taste. Filipinos really like to eat and the cupcake is the most efficient snack food that they
use to eat to wipe out their tiredness from all-day work. These snacks are suitable for everyone
with no age limit, children, teens, adults and even elders because it is not only health-friendly but
also budget friendly.

b) Vision

“NOE’S CUPCAKE ISLAND” envisions a product where everyone belongs to


good quality, nutritious food, understands the consequences of hunger and poor nutrition, and is
committed to creating a healthier life.

c) Mission

“Noe’s Cupcake Island aims to provide quality and affordable foods that are
suitable for every bite of the customer with a healthy and innovative touch.

d) Objectives

● To serve the product as a healthy alternative to the usual cupcake that we eat.

● To introduce the product and its marketing enterprise at the market.

III. COMPANY OVERVIEW

a. Name, Nature, and Location of the Business

The proponents came up with the name Noe’s Cupcake Island in connection to the
cupcake product that is full of vegetables filling inside. It can be preserved in one day due to the
absence of preservatives and also to avoid changing the bad texture of the filling. The place of
production is in Barangay Tabas, Paracale, Camarines Norte.

b. Legal Business Description

Noe’s Cupcake Island is in the line with the food processing business. The partnership is
the chosen form of the business organization because of the following advantages. First, it is
easy to start since it would become possible with the combination of the knowledge and idea of
the proponents and secondly, more capital and credit will be available.

Mr. Noe C. Basilio is the owner of Noe’s Cupcake Island.

The duties and responsibilities of the proponents are:

● Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.

● Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment

objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.

● Evaluates the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures,

research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss


projections.

● Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution,

establish distribution networks, and develop distribution strategies.

● Compile lists describing product or service offerings.

● Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with

developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market products and services.

● Advise businesses and other groups on local, national, and international factors affecting

the buying and selling of products and services.

● Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.

Production Officer

● Help create and maintain the production of Noe’s Cupcake Island.

● Production planning, they think in advance about what is to be produced.

● Concerned with maintaining the required quality of the product.

● Should study all the methods for manufacturing a product.

● They should determine economic order size, maximum, minimum, average, and danger

levels of materials so that problems of overstocking and understocking do not arise.

C. Honoraria For Personnel

The honoraria for personnel of this enterprise will be based on the day they are working
and the sale of the product. The management will utilize the income in every aspect of the
business in order for it to operate. The management proposed salary for the four staff will be
₱365 per day which is the minimum wage as they are equally designated to work each day.

V. PRODUCT STRATEGY

a. Product Description

Noe’s Cupcake Island is a type of cupcake made of healthy and delicious


ingredients. Our cupcake was only made from carrots as its main ingredients.

b. Importance of the Product

Noe’s Cupcake Island was considered an alternative food for individuals,


especially for that vegetarian man that was willing to eat this kind of food. However, Noe’s
Cupcake Island is an option or choice for anyone who wants to have a healthy mind, and body
and to have fewer calories. If you love vegetables with combined nutritious egg and low calorie
frosting you must go and taste it. Here are some reasons why some products must be promoted;
if you want to achieve a fit and healthy body, Noe’s Cupcake Island makes you fit and makes
your dreams complete. Next, you can avoid poison because it is naturally made from vegetables
and no preservatives added unlike other unhealthy ingredients that have additional preservatives
to maintain a good quality of their product on the other side preservatives can lead to diseases
such as brain cancer, or leukemia, while in the Noe’s Cupcake Island it can help to gain powerful
strengths to your body because it is rich from fiber that can help to avoid bacterial infection.
Noe’s Cupcake Island is suitable for everyone because it can help to balance our physical body
and also our mental health.

c. Packaging, Labeling and Branding

Despite using plastic in the packaging of our Noe’s Cupcake Island we use eco-friendly
packaging which is paper and also budget-friendly.

VI. Market Analysis

a. Market Definition

The target market of the proposed business is the people of Tabas, Paracale,
Camarines Norte.

b. Customer Profile

The customers of the proposed business are the people of Tabas, Paracale,
Camarines Norte. The product is suitable for the nutritional demands of all ages who seek a new
product.

c. Competition

Competition is an inevitable part of the business world, for businesses of any size.
It is not a necessary evil, but rather an important part of the business ecosystem. In fact it is the
factor that enables identification of the ingenuity and distinctive advantages of a product among
any other existing products. Its essence is based on the elimination of competitors operating in
the same industry or location taking over their customers.

d) Risks

Our product may face different production risk due to the irregular supply of our
vegetables and other ingredients that our product has. In marketing, risks may arise due to
changes in the marketplace, trends, and fashion even the taste of different foods because our
main target here are those who are vegetarian. Our business plan may take place in different
forms depending upon the nature of our company and production.

VII. Marketing Plan

A. Sales Strategies

The proponents will use personal selling and transmission strategies wherein the products

will be distributed directly or indirectly to end consumers.

First, the proposed business will stabilize its customer relations in terms of selling its

product directly to the consumers. This will be done to establish a sympathetic relationship

between Noe’s Cupcake Island and its customers to assure their sincerity and trust in the planned

business.

For transmission basis, retailers like school canteens and sari-sari stores in the proposed

business target markets were considered as the indirect way of selling goods/products. They will

also offer these retailers a righteous ratio of profit that will certainly persuade them to

consistently sell the products.

In Addition, if the planned business has already been formally established, it would sell

from outside of campus.

B .Advertising and Promotion

To attract more attention, the proposed will distribute flyers in and out of the Barangay

that contain detailed product information to find more customers the ability to make purchases of

the given product.

And also to promote and expose the products the proponent will post it on social media

such as in Facebook, instagram, twitter, and even in youtube to show them the process and

quality of the product, by posting on social media it is easy to converse or communicate others to

inform and encourage them to try, buy, and taste the product. Ten first persons will be

discounted 10% before the opening of the business.

C .Distributions

Noe’s Cupcake Island will distribute its product through personal selling or what we called

direct selling to the retailers and residents of Tabas, Paracale, Camarines Norte. And also,

products transmit to canteens and stores near the said location.

D. Pricing

The cost of Noe’s Cupcake Island products is ₱20.00 each.

The proponents arrived at the stated price by using the cost-plus pricing method which

will help the proposed business to easily recover its investment.

C. Production Schedule

The production of Noe’s Cupcake Island proposed product is scheduled Monday to

Friday from 7:30 A.M to 4:45 P.M.
