with law, do hereby depose and say:

That I am registered owner of Brew It Cafe Located at 969 Anson Supermart Aurora
Blvd Quirino 3-A Quezon City;

That I am transferring the entire right of Kiosk with Equipment’s and Utensils with Globe
Wi-Fi Modem and 2 months deposit of the rental to John Mark Ocho Rodes, including all
liabilities that may be incurred after such transfer,

That we are executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of the foregoing
facts and for whatever legal purposes it may serve;
