WAIVER OF RIGHTS

  
KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENTS:
 
This deed, made and entered into this ___ day of __________, 20__ at the City of
, by and between:

RODOLFO DELOS REYES DINEROS and JULIE ANN CRUZ TRINIDAD, both
of legal age, both single, Filipino citizens with residence and postal address at BRGY
VALENCIA, Quezon City, hereinafter referred to as the "ASSIGNOR"
 
-and-

ANSELMO K. TOLLEDO III, of legal age, single, Filipino with residence and
postal address at #22 -A VALENCIA STREET BRGY. VALENCIA, Quezon City,
hereinafter referred to as the "ASSIGNEE".

WITNESSETH that -
 
        WHEREAS the ASSIGNOR are the purchaser of a parcel of land with an area of FORTY
40 Square meters, more or less located Pandi Village 1 Brgy. Siling Bata, under the
NATIONAL HOUSING AUTHORITY (NHA);
 
        WHEREAS, the ASSIGNOR hereby acknowledged the ASSIGNEE to hereby assigns,
waive, transfers and conveys, all her rights and interest to the aforementioned lot to this
Agreement.
 
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands on the date and
