1ST QUARTER

All of the students’ rights are intended to be protected by the

code of ethics for teachers. Teachers need to be aware that
they commit to upholding the Code of ethics when they accept
a teaching profession.
All students should receive high-quality education from their
teachers. This reality needs to be addressed in a professional
code of ethics by stipulating that teachers can't be biased or
favor students. Teachers must also deal with students in a
respectful manner, never taking advantage of, belittling, or
demeaning them. It is important to limit interactions with
students outside of the classroom and to concentrate on
school-related activities and events.
The Code of Ethics urges teachers to use information and their
expertise to improve the school, particularly the students.
Teachers have a responsibility that they must take great care
to protect. In order to achieve the new learning required for
the modern era, he must also refresh their knowledge.
Even outside of the school, it is anticipated that the institution
would create capable, spiritually minded students.

2ND QUARTER

The several requirements under The Code of Ethics for Professional
Teachers recognize each of a professional teacher's activities and
behaviors. A teacher has a character of dignity and repute with such
moral principles, technical and professional competence, as indicated
based on its Preamble, and is a licensed professional. Then, as
professionals, we should possess the necessary abilities, uphold the
required standards, and behave ethically.
Every profession has its own set of moral guidelines that are exclusive
to that profession. According to the Code of Ethics for Professional
Teachers, a teacher "shall render the best services by providing an
environment conducive to learning and growth." (Article III - Section
1). Teachers are described as "facilitators of learning and of the
development of the youth." It merely serves as a reminder that every
teacher must do everything in their power to help the kids develop
based on the experience they have gained from working in the field
and from attending training sessions and seminars. These would
enable the goals to be met not just by restricting the teaching and
learning process but also by creating a more favorable atmosphere.
Through them, the student will undoubtedly show interest in attending
class because they view it as a second home that welcomes them to
such fruitful learning and development.
Any violation of the rules outlined in the Code of Ethics for
Professional Teachers will result in appropriate disciplinary action
being taken against the offender. Because a teacher upholds, adheres
to, follows, and practices a set of ethical and moral principles, norms,
and values, he or she is therefore required to obey and is duly obliged
to do so.

3RD QUARTER

In addition to assisting students with their academic

fundamentals, teachers also impart important life skills by
leading by example. Teachers are expected to uphold a code
of conduct since they are role models. This guarantees that
pupils obtain an unwaveringly honest, fair, and impartial
education. Teachers' primary duties to their students are
outlined in a professional code of ethics, which also describes
their place in the lives of their charges. Above all, teachers
must act with honesty, fairness, and morality in the classroom
and in their interactions with parents and coworkers.
Teaching social values like respect for oneself and others,
integrity, responsibility, cooperation, loyalty, and honesty is
part of a teacher's obligation to help pupils learn to the best of
their abilities. Teachers are expected to uphold and equally
implement all school policies. Teachers must not purposefully
denigrate pupils or divulge personal information about them.

4TH QUARTER

To assist them in establishing a secure, effective, and

encouraging learning environment in the classroom, teachers
should embrace a code of ethics. In order for all children to
reach their greatest potential, teachers must uphold high
standards that promote meaningful and inclusive engagement
in the classroom, school, and community. When making
educational judgments, the Ethical Principles support positive
interactions between educators, pupils, and parents.
Furthermore, all parties can enhance teaching and learning
activities and resources, hence improving individual
educational outcomes, by building positive connections
between instructors, students, and parents. The code of ethics
calls on educators to enhance learning activities in the
classroom using up-to-date research and subject-matter
expertise. If teachers engage in professional development
opportunities, they can give each student the best education
possible.
When a lesson is over, I consider whether or not my methods
are ethical, but seeing pictures of my students engaged and
pleased in class inspires me to do better.

1ST QUARTER

I started the process of incorporating a learner-

centered teaching philosophy into my lesson
planning during the first quarter's grading session.
This method altered the dynamics in my classroom
and promoted a learning environment that was
focused on the students. I was able to create
engaging classes by considering the various
requirements and interests of my students.

I used a variety of tactics, including inquiry-based

exercises, project-based evaluations, and
cooperative group work. These strategies not only
held my pupils' interest but also inspired them to
take responsibility for their education. I
experienced a fresh sense of satisfaction as an
instructor as I observed their engaged participation
and passion.

2ND QUARTER

I continually concentrated in my classroom on

fostering student agency and empowerment during
the second quarter's grading period. I am confident
that students' enthusiasm and academic
performance dramatically increase when they are
given the chance to express their own opinions and
make decisions about their education.

To do this, I gave students choices for tasks,

pushed them to create their own learning
objectives, and incorporated their interests into the
course material. It was encouraging to see how this
strategy improved not only their participation but
also their self-esteem and independence. I saw
incredible improvement in their learning process
by appreciating their perspectives and empowering
them as active participants.

3RD QUARTER

I embraced the value of differentiation and

personalized learning in my classroom throughout
the third quarter grading period. Every student has
different skills and areas for improvement,
therefore I tailored my lesson plans to suit their
individual requirements.

I used adaptable grouping techniques, supplied a

variety of materials and resources, and gave
students assessment options. I was able to
accommodate different learning styles using this
method, giving each student the chance to advance
at their own rate. My dedication to a learner-
centered teaching style and the value of
individualized education were both reinforced by
seeing my pupils make progress and gain self-
confidence.

4TH QUARTER

I am filled with pride and satisfaction when I

consider the collaborative and critical thinking
abilities nurtured in my classroom as the fourth
quarter grading session draws to a conclusion. I
placed a high value on fostering an environment
where students were free to express their opinions,
question presumptions, and engage in substantive
discussion throughout this time.

I saw a dramatic improvement in my students'

capacity for critical thought and collaborative
problem-solving after introducing cooperative
learning activities, fostering open-ended dialogues,
and promoting problem-solving projects. My faith
in the effectiveness of a learner-centered teaching
philosophy has been strengthened by seeing how
they have improved not only in terms of academic
achievement but also in terms of their
interpersonal and communication abilities.
