There after she contacted the seller and both agreed for a transaction, which the reporting person was required to send a Full payment amounting to Php 13,000.00 to Palawan Pay Account +639081044176 with reference number 2010224019618 made on June 5, 2023 at about 12:44 AM using her Geash account (08553500988. Upon sending the said payment, the seller with intent to gain and defraud did not deliver the purchased item and subsequently blocked the victim. Upon learning of the said incident she reported to Palawan Pay and later advised to proceed in this office for proper documentation and disposition. Hence, this report.
