During my previous internship as a research intern at a startup incubator (G Incube:

AIILSG), I had the opportunity to design policies and conduct extensive research to support
the growth and development of early-stage ventures. This experience not only honed my
research and analytical skills but also instilled in me a keen understanding of the intricate
relationship between policy formulation, economic growth, and government support.

I am eager to contribute my skills and knowledge to an organisation which engages in

verticals like gender, social justice, labour etc where I can actively engage in shaping
impactful policies and advocating for the rights of marginalised communities. I am confident
that my strong research background, analytical capabilities, and commitment to social justice
will enable me to make valuable contributions to your organisation's endeavours .

Moreover, my exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with my

am adaptable, detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic, which I believe are essential
