The UCA Creative Europe Scholarship is
for EU domiciled students starting studies
in 2021-22. The discount varies depending
on the course you study (up to £11,830)
and will be applied as a tuition fee
reduction for the duration of your course.
The university automatically awards the
scholarship to students who meet the
eligibility criteria; you do not need to
complete a separate application for it.

EDINBURGH NAPIER UNIVERSITY

Edinburgh Napier University offers partial
scholarships for self-funded EU students
starting in September 2021 or January
2022. Taught postgraduate
scholarships are worth
£7,500; undergraduate
scholarships are £3,000 for the first year
of study; and undergraduate visiting
student scholarships are £2,000.
Scholarships are offered on a first come,

The University of Lincoln welcomes

LONDON SOUTH BANK UNIVERSITY

LSBU is offering scholarships to EU
students who will be paying 2021-22
international fees. These include
international scholarships of £1,500;
undergraduate merit scholarship of £3,000;
and postgraduate merit scholarships of
£4,000. You can only be awarded one
scholarship. Each scholarship is
automatically awarded when a course offer
is made. The university also offers payment
instalment plans for students.

THE UNIVERSITY OF MANCHESTER

The University of Manchester is committed

scholarship funding to support students
during their studies, normally awarded on
academic merit. This funding contributes

MING-AI (LONDON) INSTITUTE

Ming-Ai (London) Institute has announced
its Holland Kwok Scholarship, reducing
fees from £9,000 to £6,500 for its
International MA in Chinese Cultural
Heritage Management. More than 50
students have benefited from this generous
scholarship giving a pathway to a career in
global heritage and museum management.

NEW COLLEGE OF THE HUMANITIES

NCH offers a number of prestigious
scholarships to undergraduate students
who show exceptional academic
achievement and potential. All applicants
for undergraduate degrees
programmes are automatically considered
for a scholarship; there's no separate
application. International
scholarships are worth up to £3,000 for
students from the EU, EEA and
Switzerland starting undergraduate studies
in September 2021.

NORTHUMBRIA UNIVERSITY
Northumbria is delighted to offer its
Northumbria EU Scholarship for students
starting a full-time undergraduate or
postgraduate degree in 2021-22. Eligible
students will receive the scholarship as a
fee discount of £6,750 for undergraduates
and £6,550 for postgraduates for the
duration of study. This scholarship is not
applicable to applicants with ‘home’ fee
status.

OXFORD BROOKES UNIVERSITY

Oxford Brookes are delighted to announce
that they are offering scholarships of
£4,000 to all EU students who wish to join
in the academic year 2021-22. If you meet
the criteria, the scholarship will be applied
automatically as a discount to your tuition
fees across all years of study.

UNIVERSITY OF PORTSMOUTH
Study on the south coast of the UK with
over 4,000 international students,
representing 150 countries.  Portsmouth is
just over an hour from London and enjoys
an outdoors lifestyle by the sea.
Portsmouth has confirmed that through
their ‘Transition scholarship’, all EU
residents starting their course in 2021 will
have the same fees as home students for
the full duration of their course.

UNIVERSITY OF READING
The University of Reading has allocated
£200,000 in partial scholarships for
international master’s students
commencing their degree studies in the
2021-22 academic year. These awards are
£4,000 each. Applications will open in
December 2020 and close in July 2021. To
be considered for a scholarship you first
need to apply for your chosen master’s
programme and receive an offer.

UNIVERSITY OF ROEHAMPTON
The university is delighted to offer a
scholarship to all EU students joining an
undergraduate degree or postgraduate
masters course in September 2021. The
scholarship means that EU students will
automatically benefit from a fee discount to
bring their fee in line with those of UK
students (£9,250 for almost all full-degree
undergraduate programmes at the
university, while postgraduate fees vary).

SHEFFIELD HALLAM UNIVERSITY

Sheffield Hallam University are offering
competitive scholarships and awards for
EU (non-UK) students starting courses in
September 2021 and January 2022. The
Vice Chancellor’s Award offers EU-
domiciled applicants a £3,000 automatic
tuition fee bursary for full-time taught
undergraduate or postgraduate
courses. Transform Together
Scholarships offer a half fee waiver (50
per cent discount) for undergraduate and
postgraduate taught courses for the first
year of study.

SOLENT UNIVERSITY
Solent will keep tuition fees for EU students
starting in September 2021 the same as for
UK students for the duration of their
studies. The university is also pleased to
offer a limited number of academic merit
scholarships to EU and EEA students of up
to the value of £1,000.

UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH WALES

The University of South Wales is
committed to making fees for students as
 affordable as possible. They offer an
attractive range of scholarships for EU
students. Eligible EU students starting a
course with USW in September 2021 will
be automatically awarded a scholarship,
which will bring the tuition fee amount in
line with the fee paid by UK students. This
will apply for the duration of your course.

UNIVERSITY OF BRISTOL
The University of Bristol is investing £1.75
million in international scholarships for
2021. These will help the best and
brightest overseas students, including
those from the EU. Bristol is one of the
UK’s top ten universities (QS World
University Rankings 2021) with a wide

BRUNEL UNIVERSITY
Brunel University London are happy to
announce for entry in the 2021/22
academic year, eligible EU applicants will
have the same tuition fees as UK students
to support EU students during this

 UNIVERSITY OF DERBY
For students wishing to apply for the
academic year 2021/22, Derby are excited
to share the news of their scholarships
for students from Europe, awarded to

Essex have generous scholarships worth

The University of Exeter's Global
Excellence Scholarship is designed to

The University of Hull has a long and proud

academic year beginning September 2021.

LIVERPOOL HOPE UNIVERSITY
Great news! EU students joining Liverpool
Hope for the 2021/22 academic year will
continue to pay the same fees as home
students. As a diverse and international
university, the university is always keen to
encourage students from the EU to apply
for courses.

LONDON SCHOOL OF ECONOMICS

LSE offers generous funding and
scholarships. Needs-
based undergraduate opportunities
include the Undergraduate Support
Scheme. Postgraduate opportunities
include the Graduate Support
Scheme and Master's
Awards. Prospective PhD students can
apply for LSE PhD and ESRC studentships
covering full fees and an annual stipend
(£17,285 in 2020).

NOTTINGHAM TRENT UNIVERSITY

Nottingham Trent University is offering
an EU Transition Award to all eligible EU
students. The award will reduce fees to the
level of those paid by UK students. It is
available for students starting courses in
2021/22 and will apply for each year of the
course. All European students can apply for
an International scholarship worth up to
half the course fee. 
QUEEN MARY UNIVERSITY OF
LONDON
Queen Mary University of London is
delighted to offer £5,000 scholarships to
support EU domiciled students wishing to
join undergraduate and postgraduate pro
grammes in September 2021. They are
available to students who are assessed as
overseas fee payer for full-time
undergraduate and postgraduate
programmes except those courses offered
by the School of Medicine and Dentistry.

THE UNIVERSITY OF SHEFFIELD

The university welcomes applications from
high-achieving EU students for a range
of scholarship programmes, including 50
scholarships with a 50 per cent discount on
the annual tuition fee for undergraduate
degrees; and 150 with a 25 per cent
discount on the annual tuition fee
for postgraduate taught degrees. Plus, if
you accept your offer by 18 June 2021, you
may be eligible for an automatic tuition fee
discount of up to £2,500. 

UNIVERSITY OF STIRLING
Stirling wants to support students affected
by their change in fee status. Through this
transition year 2021/2022, the university is
offering two generous scholarships for EU
domiciled students: an EU Undergraduate
Scholarship of around £30,000 for four-
year undergraduate programmes; and
an EU Postgraduate Scholarship of at
least £6,500 for one-year Masters
programmes. These are automatically
given to eligible students, with no extra
application necessary.

UNIVERSITY OF SURREY
The University of Surrey is
offering scholarships to new
undergraduate students from the EU
who start their course at the university in
the 2021/22 academic year. The awards
amount to £5,000 per year of study in the
form of a fee discount. You must be an
overseas fee-paying student and ordinarily
resident in an EU member state to apply.

UNIVERSITY OF SUSSEX
The University of Sussex is delighted to
offer EU students the opportunity to apply
for a £5,000 scholarship as part of
their Chancellors International and EU
Scholarships scheme across nearly every
subject area at undergraduate and
postgraduate level. For students applying
for degree courses in the University of
Sussex Business School or School of
Engineering and Informatics, separate
£5,000 scholarships are available.
SWANSEA UNIVERSITY
Swansea wish to support EU students with
an EU Transitional Bursary. The bursary
will be awarded as an automatic discount
on tuition fees for EU students who join in
the academic year 2021/22 and will reduce
the fees to the same level as UK tuition
fees for those who are eligible. This will
apply for the duration of your course.

TRINITY LABAN CONSERVATOIRE OF

MUSIC & DANCE
To support the talent of international and
EU applicants, Trinity Laban has
introduced six new scholarships, one at
£10,000 and five at £5,000, for BA (Hons)
Contemporary Dance. Applicants must
complete a UCAS Conservatoires
application and submit a recorded
audition by the end of February. The
award is based on merit, determined by
performance in the audition.

UNIVERSITY OF WORCESTER
A Times Higher Education University of
the Year nominee, the University of
Worcester has set EU transitional fees at
the same level as home fees for both
bachelor and masters studies for
September 2021 and 2022, for the duration
of the student's course. Tuition fees at
bachelor level will remain at £9,250 per
year and £7,290 at masters level. The
university also offers academic
scholarships of £1,000 and sports
scholarships of up to £2,000 per year.
