She has a natural innate quality of handling uncertain critical situations which arise in projects, due to
her ability to analyze and commit herself to a problem.

Her solution finding mindset sets her apart in finding some out-of-the box approaches and has
preempted project slippages. I have always counted on her sense of ownership which drives her to
accomplish goals with full zeal. She also demonstrates the ability to learn quickly, both on system config
aspect as well as customer management soft skill aspects, which added great value to the team.

- I have guided her to work within her natural bandwidth, and not stretch by taking on more work which
I had seen her doing at times.

some hard facts to customer.
