    her ability to analyze and commit herself to a problem.

    preempted project slippages. I have always counted on her sense of ownership which drives her to
    accomplish goals with full zeal. She also demonstrates the ability to learn quickly, both on system config
    aspect as well as customer management soft skill aspects, which added great value to the team.

    - I have guided her to work within her natural bandwidth, and not stretch by taking on more work which
    I had seen her doing at times.

    - I have mentored her to handle key customer calls which involved tough discussions and presenting
    some hard facts to customer.

    - Feedback was also given to learn new systems, with the objective of making her ready for future
    projects.

    - I had to help her understand the mindset needed at different stages of a project lifecycle.
