Sir/Madam:

You have been in actual cultivation of the 3.3641 hectare-portion

of my landholding located in Ramona, Angadanan, Isabela and
your unpaid rentals from 2019 to present now aggregated to
241.8 cavans of palay @ 50 kg per cavan. Please note that since
your last payment of lease rentals of Php11,000.00 in 2019 you
have not been paying any rent since then up to the present;

In view hereof, you are hereby demanded to pay the undersigned

241.8 cavans of palay @ 50 kg per cavan or its monetary
equivalent of Php229, 710.00 within three (3) days from receipt
of this letter. Otherwise, we will file appropriate action against
you in court or in the proper government agency.

May we remind you, that once the case is filed, we will demand
damages and attorney’s fee, not to mention the inconvenience
you will suffer in attending court hearings.

We hope that prompt action from your end be taken in this

matter.
