SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

 
That we, MMM, of legal age, U.S. citizen, and resident of California USA, CCC, of
legal age, U.S. citizen, and resident of Maryland, USA, and EEE, of legal age, U.S.
citizen, and resident of Maryland, USA, do hereby name, constitute and appoint
GGG, likewise of legal age, Filipino citizen, and resident of Minante II, Cauayan
City, Isabela, to be our true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for us and in our name,
place and stead, to do and perform the following special powers, to wit:
1. To be the administrator of the parcel of land covered by OCT No. P-
1111containing an area of THREE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIFTY
FIVE (3,655) square meters, more or less situated in Frenza, Cauayan
City, Isabela registered in the name of our father CCC;
2. To initiate, institute or cause the filing of action before the appropriate
court, quasi-judicial bodies and/or administrative agencies for the recovery
of possession and/or ownership of the above-described parcel of
landholding including all its improvements and/or cancellation of title or
deeds affecting the same landholding;
3. To appear and represent us before the court, quasi-judicial bodies,
administrative agencies and/or government offices in all proceedings
therein and to testify for and in our behalf on any matter relative thereto
including the power to appear and represent us during the pre-trial of the
case which may be filed including the power to enter into amicable
settlement with the adverse party and stipulations of facts;
4. To sign, execute and/or receive legal papers, documents, processes or
whatsoever relative to the foregoing including the execution of Verification
and Certification of Non-Forum Shopping;
5. To secure from any and/or all government agencies documents, papers
whatsoever necessary in the litigation to be initiated by our attorney-in-
fact;
6. To hold such documents, papers or processes needed relative thereto;
7. To perform such acts which may be necessary or incidental to the
performance of foregoing.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said representative full power and
authority to execute and perform every act whatsoever requisite, necessary or
proper to be done in and about the premises as though we ourselves, have so
performed it, and HEREBY APPROVING ALL that he may do by virtue hereof with
full right of substitution of his person and revocation of this instrument.
