In this regards, an extended portion containing ‘DRP program completion’ related draft was approved through the concerned authority of The West Bengal University of Health Sciences as attached in Annexure | that is to be completed and attached with the log book if not the similar format available at the end of the existing logbook. If the similar program set up not applicable for the North Eastern State Students, the completion certificate from their concerned states authority end may be acknowledged.
