2. On the 24th of March 2023 Master Warrant Officer (MWO) Kubeka of Thaba
Tshwane Military Police received two infringement notices from the office of the
Regional Provost Marshal Northern Military Police Region (RPM NMPR), Colonel
M.M. Swart.

3. Both infringement notices are dated 09 July 2021. The vehicle, Nissan Almera
with provincial registration number FG 72 NJ GP is a Military vehicle with Military
registration number BMH 457M

4. The vehicle is used by the Northern Military Police Special Investigation Branch
(SIB) and on the said date and timings the driver was MWO Kubeka who was busy
with investigation acting on instruction of the then RPM NMPR, Colonel M.D.M.
Molefe.

5. The office of Colonel Molefe received information of a possible fraud that was
allegedly about to take place at the Bank of Lisbon Building, Human Resource ofice
(HR), which is situated at Paul Kruger street, Pretoria City. The information was about
the booklevs of the late member, Major G.T.M. Masukuwho passed away in March
2021.
