I certainly would prefer to live in a modern apartment building. A
modern apartment is more comfortable, because it has many
advanced gadgets that you can use. Besides, it brings you more
personal security.
Comodity is essential to everyone, all of us would like to find the
best place to live and feel us comfortable. A modern apartment can
give you many possibilities in this case. For example, the other day
I was speaking with my father, and I asked him why he chose this
apartment where we are living instead of a spacious house that he
had seen. He explained me that our apartment it is much better
because it is intelligent, you can turn up and turn off the lights
from your phone, it cleans the floor authomatically, shows you how
much water you have spent, and it has a special sensors that alerts
you fires inside it.
Additionally, a moden apartment is much more secure than a
traditional house. For instance, I remember that two days ago I saw
that someone entered to the apartment of my neighbord, but I did
not pay attention to that, when I was at my apartment, I heard a
strong alarm that provided of the apartment of my neighbord. It
was a thief that was catched for the cameras, he wanted rob a
expensive jewerly that my neighbord had in his security box, but he
was capted by the sensor system that the apartment had. Thus, my
neighbord saw in his phone who was the rob and he called the
police to protect his home.
For these two reasons, I consider that a modern apartment building
is better that a traditional house. It gives you more comodities to
enjoy your home and makes you feel confortable, and brings you
more security.
