POSITION: You will be employed as [Position] of Magicalworld Realty and Construction

Corporation. You will be initially assigned at the [Location Assignment],

However, due to the nature of the business, you may be required to work on
other projects throughout the Philippines. It is expressly understood that
allowances and benefits may be varied or ceased altogether in accordance
with the benefits applicable to the Project to which you may be assigned at any
particular time, in accordance with Company Policy at the time of such
assignment.

COMPENSATION You will receive an Annual Gross Salary of [Salary in Words] Pesos (Php

The amount includes payment of regular holidays and special days, and all
ordinary time hours and reasonable additional hours worked by the Employee

The amount is payable twice a month, every 15th and 30th/31st thereof.
The Monthly Gross Salary shall be payable to a Bank account and shall be
subject to mandatory deductions provided by law, such as, but not limited to,
withholding tax, SSS, Philhealth, and PAG-IBIG contributions.

BONUS You will be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.

PROBATIONARY Your employment status will be regularized after a satisfactory completion of

the probationary period of up to Six (6) months from the start of employment
