building. Remodeling might involve a
change of partitions, a change in the
roof structure, or a change in an
exterior wall.

some remodeling. The modernization
programs are designed primarily for the
purpose of adapting existing facilities and
spaces to meet the needs of changing
educational programs. For instance, the
remodeling of a building to provide a
music room might be modernization.

Common things that can be done to modernize a shop:


Change windows and doors.


Add storage facilities.


(This may also mean tearing out present facilities and
rebuilding.)

Remove or change partitions.


Install new lights and power circuits.


Paint in keeping with modern trends.
