Brief Description 01-unit x 2.5MT Zone 1-Ex-proof Operated Forklift

Description and Justification of Capital Expenditure (Use Attachment if Necessary)

Existing 2 forklifts have already been operated for 17 years with finished
book value since Nov 2013. There are frequently unexpected shut down during
forklift operation, it takes about 60 days for maintenance with long lead
time for spare parts, resulting in safety risk and low efficiency.
In order to reduce the risk of forklift transportation, loading/unloading
operation as well as improvement to goods delivery, We plan to gradually
replace in the next years. This project apply to purchase one EX-forklift to
replace the current one EE-forklift.

Project Concerns /Outstanding Issues:

Long Lead Time, 34-36 weeks (252 days) after receipt of deposit

Mitigation:
Downtime reduced
Improve on time delivery and receiving
Reduce cost of transfer forklift from both sites from Binh Duong to Dong Nai
Fire risk due to rent normal forklift (there is no EX-forklift for rent in
Vietnam)

- Closure – Nov-2021"
