INTRODUCTION

Musculoskeletal Disorders or MSDs are wounds and issues that influence the
human body's development or musculoskeletal framework. At the point when a specialist
is presented to MSD hazard factors, they start to exhaustion. At the point when exhaustion
surpasses their body's recuperation framework, they build up a musculoskeletal
lopsidedness. After some time, as exhaustion keeps on surpassing recuperation and the
musculoskeletal unevenness endures, a musculoskeletal problem creates.

METHODOLOGY

1st step: Measure the dimensions of the chair and table of the computer workstation
2nd step: Identify the required/standard dimensions using REBA.
3RD step: Propose a new design in order to eliminate the risk of MSD’s.

EXISTING DESIGN:
ASSESSMENT OF THE EXISTING DESIGN:

Based on the existing design the attributes of the chair does not match the attributes of
the table which will result to musculoskeletal disorders like eye fatigue, back and
shoulder aches to the user since it does not meet the standard dimensions required to
avoid MSD’s.

PROPOSED DESIGN:

IMPROVEMENTS MADE AND IT’S IMPACT:

A customizable seat as well as work table is a good solution to forestalling leg and lower
back torment at your work area. This design also has the arms support the elbows and
to avoid further aching of the muscles. Through this design you can continuously
attempt to modify your station to you, as opposed to you conform to your station, so as
to keep up loosened up muscles in nonpartisan positions. When sitting on this computer
seat you can adjust the chair to make your feet ought to be level and your legs should
frame a 90° point at the knee. On the off chance that the point is under 90°, you can
alter the seat up marginally until your thighs are simply gently upheld.
