PLEDGES AND AGREEMENT

My name is Daryl Audrey R. Anzano., a Masterclass Learning student this Cycle 3 of

Academic Year 2022-2023. I am currently taking up the subject, The Life and Works of
Rizal under our Course Administrator, Mr. Romeo N. Robiño Jr.

I hereby pledge that:

1. I will attend regularly in our Masterclass synchronous sessions and I agree that if I incur
two (2) recorded and unexcused absences, I will receive an Unauthorized Withdrawal
(UW) in this subject.

2. I will read all the instructional materials provided for by our Course Administrator which
includes the course description, learner guides, reading materials, output guidelines,
templates, rubrics and others. I agree that these instructional materials are all relevant
and necessary for the completion of my required terminal and assessment tasks.

3. I will ensure that all my turned-in terminal checkpoints and outputs are correct, with
quality, in accordance with the guidelines given and passed the standards set forth by
our Course Administrator. No grade will be given based on effort. I agree that if I failed
to comply with this pledge, I will receive a lower or failed grade in my submitted output
based on the standard set forth in the rubric. I agree that if I fail to submit a required
output, I will receive a 70% grade for that effect.

4. I will make sure that all my turned-in terminal outputs and milestones are free from
plagiarized content. If there will be plagiarized content in my submitted output, I agree
that I will automatically receive a 70% grade on my submitted task.

5. I will submit ALL my weekly checkpoints, terminal and assessment outputs on time, and
I agree that deductions or non-acceptance will be given in my turned-in outputs when
submitted beyond the designated deadline, and, if I failed to submit all my
requirements, I will receive an Unauthorized Withdrawal (UW) in this subject.
