Welcome Speech - Umang

I Umang Panchal , and I Vaishnavi Jadhav stand before you with immense pleasure
and enthusiasm to welcome you all at the handover ceremony of ISTE, the official
technical council of KJ Somaiya College of Engineering. This is a remarkable
moment that marks the beginning of an exciting journey of exploration, innovation,
and collaboration in the realm of technology.

I would like to extend a special mention to our esteemed chief guest, whose
presence adds immense honor and significance to our event.

Additionally, I'd like to give a special mention to our esteemed faculty advisor, whose
guidance and support have been instrumental in shaping this event.

About ISTE - Vaishnavi Jadhav

At the heart of our college lies the ISTE, Indian Society for Technical Education .
We're all about learning and innovation, bringing you a lineup of exciting webinars,
seminars, and workshops all year round. These cover both technological and non-
technological topics, led by professionals and experts in their fields. Our goal is
simple yet impactful and wondrous: we're here to help you become skilled engineers
with a wide range of knowledge.
So, let's dive into the world of ISTE where learning knows no limits.

Let’s have a look at the events that illuminated the year 2022-23.

ISTE SPEECH 1
 Cloud Camp chapter 1 : Microsoft Azure - 900
Led by Microsoft Student Learn Ambassador and Summer Intern, Mr. Devansh
Shah, this 90-minute seminar offered a certified introductory crash course on the AZ-
900 Certification. With over 120 participants in attendance, each received valuable
Microsoft certificates, recognizing their dedication to learning.

The Bro Code - Umang

Abhiyantriki 2022's standout event: 'The Bro Code,' presented by ISTE. This event
was a coding adventure, where participants solved challenges using the 'BhaiLang,'
a toy programming language. And here's the twist – the champion didn't just win the
title; they pocketed amazing prizes worth ₹7,000!

Prakalpa
ISTE-KJSCE organised the 14th edition of its flagship event ,PRAKALPA , A national
level Project and Paper Presentation Competition on 13th April 2023. More than
Hundred Students from colleges all over the city displayed their working models and
research papers in this grand celebration of Technology and Innovation.
