Build Your Own School

Students! All year I’ve listened to your thoughts (the good and the not so good) about our school. What if you
could design your own school? What if you could have control over the structure of the building, grade levels
being taught, teachers, students, dress code, food services? Guess what! This week you get to design your own
school and it’s going to be awesome! 

This is our LAST major grade project before you head to summer break! You will have the chance to work with
a group of three or individually. I’ll be sweet and even let you choose your partners.  Check out the
requirements below. I cannot wait to see all of your designs and hard work.

Remember, this is a CREATIVE WRITING project. You cannot simply write down answers. I want you to use
the writing process steps, and be thoughtful of your school decisions.

It is important to us that our students enjoy being on our campus at all times. To help this cause, we offer
