Andhar means Darkness and Ban stands for dense jungle, so the word Andharban
literally means The Dense Dark Forest. It is a 13 km long Jungle Trek. After
monsoon the trail becomes denser, greener and very beautiful. This trek is also
famous among the nature lovers for various Butterflies & flowers.
# Cancellations: Rs. 500 will be charged if cancelled after Friday Night – 11:00 pm.
# No show - No Refund.
Includes:
* Travelling by fully sanitized Private Bus.
* Morning Tea/Coffee, Breakfast, Mini Lunch and Evening snacks with Tea/Coffee. (Please mention your food preference –
Jain/Regular Veg at the time of registration)
* All Forest Permits, Entry Fees & Parking Charges.
* Trekking Expertise.
* First Aid facility.
Tentative Schedule:
-Meet at the pickup point. -Start for Base Village by Bus.
-Reach the Base village by 5:00 am in the morning.
-Freshen up & have Tea/Coffee & Breakfast.
-Start the Trek immediately.
-Reach the Mid-point.
-Relax and enjoy the beauty around.
-Start the return trek to base.
-Reach the base & get refreshed.
-Have Mini lunch.
-Start return journey to Mumbai by bus.
-Have snacks on the way back
-Reach Mumbai by 9:00pm.
Things to Bring:
1) Good Quality & Good condition Trek Shoes (compulsory for
Trekking).
Full Pant while trekking.
It is advisable to wear Full Sleeve Tshirt on Trek.
2) Rainwear.
3) Shoulder Bag (to keep your hands free while trekking).
4) Water bottles.
5) Light Bitings or Nasta, Energizer.
6) Extra pair of clothes.
Important Note:
1) If any natural calamity happens or any accident, death, illness occurred, MOUNTAIN MARKS or Organizer are not
responsible for any loss of thing or human being. All medical n Hospitalization charges, if any, will be borne by the
participants.
2) Don't bring valuable things like gold or any jewelry or High value mobile phones.
3) NOTE: SMOKING, CHEWING TOBACCO, ALCOHOLIC DRINKS & NON VEG FOOD
STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
If Any changes is done, will be informed at MOUNTAIN MARKS...
Cleanliness: Participants are requested to carry the waste back to the city and dispose it off in
dustbins. Keep Mountains clean.
