The Corporation hereby informs all members and beneficiaries, partner health care providers and other stakeholders of the cessation of special privileges due to a fortuitous event. Relative to this, the deadline for submission of claims shall return to sixty (60) calendar days from the date of discharge, and the rules on 45-day benefit limit and single period of confinement shall apply for all claims with admission date starting January 1, 2023.
