 Background of the Department
Iloilo Doctors’ College provides a great assistance and services to all the enrolled
students. This program aims to give essential services that will aid students in
reaching academic success. Hence, the Iloilo Doctors’ College has its own Health
Services as this includes its own Physicians, Dentists, and Nurses which is headed by
Dr. Richelle Joy Bayson. Idicians may avail themselves the following services; Daily
Consultation – Medical and Dental, Daily Treatment – Medical and Dental,
Immunization – Hepa B, Influenza and Pneumonia, Educational programs for both
students and employees, Nurtures good clinic hygienic practices, Health emergency
preparedness, and Participates in the conduction of Drills and Exercises.

 INTRODUCTION
Technology has evolved rapidly over the last few decades,
transforming our lives and allowing us to progress alongside it.
Technology has done more than anything else to enable humans
enjoy a life of luxury and convenience, from roadways, railways, and
aircraft allowing seamless travel to making communication easy
from anywhere in the world. We also know more about our world and
outer space thanks to technological advancements. Every discipline
owes its growth to technology, demonstrating the relevance of
technology in many aspects of our life. In the next parts, we will
discuss the significance, benefits, and influence of technology.

Innovation in a school clinic within the Iloilo Doctors' College
can greatly enhance healthcare services and improve the
overall well-being of students like us. Also we have few ways
or ideas that can be help innovate our school clinic.

Students and employees should scan the barcode of

their ID to open their information, then they should
relay their purpose to the encoder on duty.
And the information should pop up to the device of the
physician.
Every scan of the patient it will automatically be in
order to the device of the physician

The physician's prescription should be done

using the device to directly print
Lastly, current record will proceed in their portal
as it will automically saved from the device of

Enrollment at the institution is a comprehensive and streamlined
process designed with convenience in mind. Upon visiting the
admissions office, you will be provided with an application form
specifically tailored to collect essential health records. It is to ensure
a holistic approach to one's education.
Once the filling of application form is done, the student is required
to proceed to the main clinic. The encoder/s will then efficiently and
securely input your health information into the school's portal system.

Additionally, to verify the accuracy of the encoded data, affix
signature to your application is needed to complete the
records.

After so, students should return to the admissions office to

submit the completed application. The staff will guide through
the submission process, ensuring that all necessary documents
are properly received.

SCHEDULE OF THE PHYSICIANS

Screen outside the school clinic that will present the

current in charge physicians.
The screen states the name of every physicians; on
duty or off duty.
The device is managed by the nurses.
 PROPOSAL IN THE DELAY RESPONSE TOWARD
STUDENTS' EMERGENCY

Intercom connected from bed to the main clinic to deliver

emergency and request callings that needs to be taken care of
immediately. Hence it is a two-way communication.
During emergencies or urgent situations, such codes and
transmission of audio and video responses in the intercom system
can play a vital role.
It enables healthcare professionals to quickly notify the other clinic
about the emergency, mobilize resources, and coordinate a swift
response.
PROPOSAL ABOUT THE LIMITED SUPPLIES
OF MEDICINES AND DEVICES

Having a digital list of the the amounts of the medical

supplies for it to be weekly monitored.
After receiving the supplies, the encoder will encode the
supplies delivered. Where as, the name and amount of
supplies are stated.
When the student received a certain supply they asked ,
they will proceed to the encoder and state what they have
got.
PROPOSAL ABOUT THE LIMITED SUPPLIES
OF MEDICINES AND DEVICES

The encoder will then type the name of the supply,

then input the amount given, and it will automatically
deduct to the number of supply stock.
As such, if the supplies are running low the personnel
are able to request for the needed supplies to be
provided.
