A: Hello, Mrs. Kim. I am responding to an email by the quality department about some issues with the new release.
Are you the person who sent it?
B: Wow, I am very impressed with how prompt you are. And yes, I am the person who sent the email.
I only sent it out this morning. Your supervisor must really have an iron grip on punctuality over there.
A: Yes, ma’am. All of us hope to exceed the high expectations our clients have of us.

coworker who said you don’t beat around the bush and call it like it is. I need someone like that because I really need
this issue resolved.
