Disclaimer for Defect Correction Period
By signing this letter (Al Abdulkarim Holding Company) acknowledges and undertakes that it will promptly response to Procurer’s (Tarshid) instruction for correction of any defects during the Defect Correction Period (18 Months), or as extended
according to the actual need to correct the defects. In the event of failure to respond to an instruction to correct any defect or (Al Abdulkarim Holding Company) refuses to correct a defect, the Procurer (Tarshid) reserves the right to hire other
contractor/s to make the correction, and ESCO shall be liable to compensate any damage arising out of the delay of correction even if it is not responsible for the defect.
