Paranaque City and do hereby name, constitute, and appoint GEMMALYN SAFLOR
CATIBAYAN and JERSON G. MADRONA both of legal age, both single, both filipino
with residence at Block 29 Lot 54 Ph2 27st Wellington Residence Brgy. Tres Cruses
Tanza Cavite to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact for us in our name, place and
stead, to do and perform the following acts, to wit:

1. To process, appear, sign, pay on behalf of the said grantor the transfer of
property name from EFREN EVANGELISTA MUHI TO GEMMALYN
SAFLOR CATIBAYAN before the office of the ALL BUREAU OF INTERNAL
REVENUE OFFICES AND REGISTRY OF DEEDS AND MUNICIPAL
ASSESSORS’ OFFICE OF TRECE MARTIRES CAVITE AND ALL OTHER
OFFICES that may be required, regarding the TRANSFER CERTIFICATE
OF TITLE NO. (T-1022962) to wit:

2. To request necessary papers need before the above mentioned offices.

3. To receive all papers on the release of each document that has been required
thereof.

4. To inquire and/or follow-up the status of the processing of new Tax

Declaration and Title.

authority to do and perform each and every act which may be necessary or convenient,
