Student Developer Champion 2023-2024 program.

Eligibility Criteria:

Enthusiasm for technology: Display a genuine passion for technology and a keen desire
to learn and explore new advancements.

Networking skills: Be comfortable engaging with new people, as the ability to connect
and build relationships is important for fostering a community.

Influence and leadership: Possess the drive and determination to have an impact on
yourself and others, inspiring and motivating fellow students.

Current enrolment: Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate


program at an accredited higher education institution.

Organizational skills: Have a genuine interest in organizing events and building a


community, demonstrating effective planning and communication abilities.

Problem-solving mindset: Be a proactive go-getter with an "anything is possible"


attitude, ready to tackle challenges and find innovative solutions.

Willingness to learn: Be open to continuous learning, unlearning outdated concepts,


and relearning new skills and knowledge.

Role of the Champions:


Student Developer Champions are change-makers on their campuses, leading the way
through various impactful actions:
Associate: They initiate clubs or collaborate with existing technical clubs on campus,
fostering a community of like-minded individuals.
Build: They empower students by facilitating training sessions on RPA tools, equipping
them with the skills needed to excel in automation.
Collaborate: They actively engage in ideation, brainstorming, and participating in
competitions as part of their teams, promoting collaboration and creativity.
Develop: They innovate by creating automation solutions that address real-world
challenges, applying their knowledge to make a meaningful impact.
Engage: They actively interact with their institution, UiPath, and other available
resources, ensuring continuous growth and learning in the field of automation.
These champions foster an environment of collaboration, innovation, and engagement
within their campus communities, inspiring their peers and driving positive change.
Benefits of being a Champion
The journey of a Student Champion begins in August/September and lasts until
June/July of the following year, offering an exhilarating, enjoyable, and fulfilling
experience. During this period, champions have the opportunity to engage with
industry experts, learn about the latest technology, organize enriching workshops,
brainstorm solutions for real-world challenges, and much more.
