LUIGI GOES TO THE STORE

INT. SWITCH - DAY

1. INT. SWITCH - DAY
Mario kart 8 [GBA Mario Circuit] in the middle of the last
lap, DASIY gets a speed boost. She is currently in 2nd
behind GOLD MARIO. Dasiy bumps into gold mario, trying to
move ahead. They clash a few times when they start to get hit
with items. Red shell hits gold mario, placing dasiy in
first! She gets as much speed as she can until a blue shell
comes flying towards her.she barely blocks it with a mushroom
trick but not soon after she gets hit but 3 shells and a
banana placing her in 7th place.

2. .EXT. LUIGI'S ROOM

LUIGI places the switch down and pouts,shortly interrupted by
his growling stomach.

1: LUIGI
Oh Boy,the monsters craving meat.

3. EXT KITCHEN
Luigi looks in all of the Cabinets and fridge for food.
Theres absolutly nothing, just as if they just bought the
house.

2: LUIGI
[sighs]

4. EXT. LUIGI'S DESK

Luigi grabs his wallet out of his bag and opens it. After all
his papers [bills and receiptes] falls out, he realizes that
he's broke.

3: LUIGI
I dont think it has ever been this
empty since i got this wallet! What
am i going to do now?
Polterpup makes a MARIO hat appear and points luigi towards
the door. Luigi pats his head and walks out the room.

5. EXT. LIVING ROOM

Mario is fast asleep on the sofa, hat covering his face. He's
surrounded by many sweets and tasty looking drinks. Luigi
hesitantly moves his shoulder.

4: MARIO
[startled] what....what-ta is it?!!

LUIGI

5: LUIGI
[shomach grumbing] were out of food
again.

6: MARIO
[sleeply] can u pick some up?

7: LUIGI
I dont have any coins Mario?
Mario pulls out his walleet and takes out some coins

8: MARIO
Here you can use this.Can you stop
to see if peach wants anything? I
would get it myself but bowser is
up to his crap again.

9: LUIGI
He's always doing something stupid.
Mario fixes his hat a little and slightly sits up.

10: MARIO
How did you run out of coins in
the first place?

11: LUIGI
New golf equipment...

12: MARIO
What was wrong with your old one?

13: LUIGI
[brief pause] i might have bent it.

14: MARIO
[sighs] luigi no,you dont need to
spend a lot on golf equiment. You
could have borrowed mine.

15: LUIGI
What if we play together, i kinda
need my own. Plus i used half of it
on food that you happened to have
all over you.
Mario flicks a half eaten donut off the sofa.

16: MARIO
What-ta-ever luigi. btw Can you
also pick up some more sweets?

Sure mario.

Luigi stares at him for a bit before leaving the house.

6. EXT TOAD TOWN

Luigi walks into toad town, looking for the castle pipe when
he notices a toad floating in the air. They were being held
up by 3 balloons. Right in front of luigi, sits a table full
of decorations and the toad is floatinbg right above it.

19: TOAD
[heavly distressed] Help,Someone
Anyone!I can't get down!

20: LUIGI
[argently] Mamma mia! How can I
help?

21: TOAD
POP THE BALLOONS OR SOMETHING? DO
ANYTHING, AS LONG AS I CAN GET
DOWN!!!
Luigi grabs a pen an pops all of the balloons, making toad
fall flat on his face. Completly fine somehow he gets back
up,dust himself and goes back to working.

22: LUIGI
[confused and concerned] So...your
good now,right? Do you need a 1up
or anything?

23: TOAD
[occupied] Naw im good! Thanks for
the help, i appriciate it! Theres a
party later today for the
koopas.Celebrating them finally
getting away from the Fuzzies.

24: LUIGI
It seems like their always there?

25: TOAD
Pretty much at this point, Mario
got them to go away last time, but
they still come back from time to
time.
His stomach grummbles again. Luigi wipes some sweat and fixes
himself.

26: TOAD
Oh, did i stop you from going
somewhere?
LUIGI

Dont worry about it, im heading to
the store. Well first peach to see
if she wants anything, then the
store.

28: TOAD
Hey can you get me some green table
toppers? Im short 5?

29: LUIGI
Sure i can pick some up for you,
Let me get something to write it
down?

30: TOAD
[occupied] do you really need to
write that down, 5 table toppers
isnt to hard to remeber.
He goes to his bag to see that his note pad fell out earlier.
He quickly looks at every pocket in his bag to see if theres
anything he can write on. Theres nothing..

31: LUIGI
[brief pause Staring at toad] well
if you want me to get it you would
help me look for it.

32: TOAD
Here use the back of this.
Toad hands luigi a flyer and one of his pens. Luigi writes
toads order and places it in his bag. Toad hands luigi some
coins, they both wave eachother goodbye as luigi walks off to
peachs castle.

7. EXT. PEACHS CASTEL

Luigi heads to the front of the castle. He walks in to the
main room fulled with koopa decorations and games. Luigi
stares for a bit and contiunes into peachs room.

33: LUIGI
[knocks]princess peach? You there?

34: PEACH
Come on in!
He opens the door to peach sitting at her desk putting on
make-up. Shes clearly occupided with someone on the phone.It
obvious that she preparing for the party with her green dress
sat neatly on its hanger.

PEACH

You have no idea how bothersome it
is. Its came to the point where I
expect it. No, im being serious!

Luigi walks in to the room and waits for a comfrontable time

to ask her what she wants.

36: PEACH
And they get more troubled
everytime. Last week he tried to
lure me to his ship with a broken
crayon colored sign. It said free
cake! Excatly!!! Bowser is so
peeving!

Luigi's stomach begins to growl again,peach doesn't seem to

notice.

37: PEACH
Poor mario is dealing with it
all.It must me draining dealing
with bubblehead all day.Daisy i
almost feel bad for him,well not
really? What gave him the
impression that i like him?....I
dont know...lets just talk about
something else.
Luigi starts to get more and more impacient.

38: PEACH
Are you coming to the party later?
I think its going to be fun! I love
my dress and the cake is amazing!
The toads and i spents days working
on it!Yeah its really great, im
just happy the fuzzies are finally
gone. Some spray was made to keep
them away if needed. I believe they
should be good now though.

39: LUIGI
[whispering] Umm...peach. Im
heading to the store and i wanted
to see if you want anything?
Peach still occupied phone, looks at him but takes a while to
respond.

40: PEACH
[still putting on make-up]
hmph...oh Luigi is here. Yeah he
came over to see what i wanted from
the store. Not sure havent
responded yet.[laughs] Dont say
that about him. He's not that
nerdy.

anymore sweets [giggles],Im joking
Daisy.

We're out of food in the house and
I was getting really hurny. Im own
my way now, i just had to take a
few stops.

i'll go ahead and tell you want i
want then. Ooo i know what will go
perfectly with my dress. Im not
sure if you know this but I have my
own section at the store. Just tell
them i want my Specialty for the
party today....here take this
Peach hands him a special shiny card with her face perfectly
centered

Mario was going to pay for u?

47: PEACH
This item was made just for the
event so we dont have to worry
about price. Plus im the princess
so,prices will never be an issue.
[dies laughing] DAISY,Noooo! You
cant say that!!
Luigi blushes from embarrsment on his way out, quickly waving
goodbye as he is interrupted by his growling stomach again.
He leaves the castle trying to avoid working toads. His
stomach is really starting to bother him

EXT. OUTSIDE CASTLE

8. EXT. OUTSIDE CASTLE

Luigi writes down want peach wanted on the paper and contines
walking. He starts walking, avoiding all contact with anyone
else as possible as he overhears an argument. Luigi confused,
lets his mind get the best of him and stops to listen

48: GOOBMA 2
I HONSTLY CANT EVEN BELIEVE YOU,
HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO ME!!!

49: GOOBMA 1
I dont even know what your talking
about.

You didnt help me at all!!!

[huffs]

How did i get stuck with the set
up! I had to work ALONE, everyone
else got to do the fun stuff.

They go slient for a minute until they realize luigi theres.
Luigi tries to run but is stopped by goomba 2.

Luigi worried,turns around

[points to goomba 1] tell him to

that i really like.

Luigi walks away more confused than ever.

9. EXT KOOMPA TOWN

Luigi enters koopa town in complete disbelif. It is filled
with fuzzys. How come evreyone is trying to celebrate the
lost of fuzzys while they are still here!

78: LUIGI
Huh...
But i thought-

AHHHHHHHH!

AHHHHHH someone please! I thought
they were gone!why are they still
heeeeeeeeere!!!!
Koompa runs into their house, shortly before luigi can say
anything. Everyone is running all over the place with no end
in site. Luigi writes down what he overheard from peach And
quickly contiunes to the store.

10. EXT. DESERT

Luigi enters the desert having no clue as what to do. He
needs help but hes afraid to ask.

82: LUIGI
[exhasted] so....hurngry
...Need.....food
A tiny mouse sneaks up behid luigi and taps his leg

[quietly] hey....if you really need
help ask moustfa.

84: LUIGI
Im going to stop you there. I
haven't eaten in forever and im
finally close to getting there
without any more distractions. Im
going to kindly ask you to move out
of the way.

85: MOUSTAFA
You didnt have to be rude about
it...
Moustafa leaves extremly sad making luigi feel horrable.He
dust himself off and continues his walk to the store.

11. EXT NOWHERE IN THE DESERT

Luigi hurngy,sad and confused is lost in the desert. Even
though he vists this place all the time he must have made a
wrong turn.

86: LUIGI
[mummbles] im so....hot
Luigi walks a little longer til finding an intersection. He
walks until finding something to sit under for shade and
almost passes out. Not realizing theres someone beside him.

87: NOMADIMOUSE
Hey luigi.
Stomach grummbles as luigi plops over. Hat falling over his
eyes. Nomadimouse goes to grab his water contanier and
realizes nothing is in it.

88: NOMADIMOUSE
Im taking your day hasn't been the
greatst. I just been here all day,
trying to get some shade.

Luigi flips up his hat and sits up a litte, trying to get

more comfromatble.

89: LUIGI
Im over today, i just want food.
Ive been all over the place, I only
left the house to get groceries but
now i have a list full of things to
buy.
He drops the list on the ground and starts to pout

NOMADIMOUSE

[not really paying attention]
somedays are really long for no
reason at all.

91: LUIGI
I left my room for one thing, how
did i get all of this.

92: NOMADIMOUSE
You did accept it luigi, you could
have said no yet you areed.

I guess your right,but theres no
issue in helping.Im just
frustrated.

You need to think about your
desisons before promising someone.

That doesn't make since but i see

No problem! you better get going,
Im going to relax here for a bit.

Okie dokie
Luigi gets up grabbing his things as nomadimouse waves
goodbye. He takes a minute to look around his surroundings
and figures out where to go.

12. EXT STORE

Luigi finds the store and quickly walks in.

13. INT STORE

`He holds up his list and analizes each item on there.
Starting with toad, he grabs 5 yoshi table toppers accidently
breaking a few. He shoves the rest under a shelf and moves
on.
`He goes to the back of the store and sees a toad in a black
suit. Holding a sign saying princess only. Luigi takes out
the card and approces the toad.
LUIGI

98: LUIGI
[terrified] umm...i need to pick up
princess peach's Specialty.
The toad without saying anything takes the card, crushes it
and allows luigi to go in. The room is filled with hair
products and dresses but towards the end of the room lays a
giant green sparklying bow. Luigi careful folds the bow and
places it in its respectable box and exits as soon as he can.
`He contines getting stuff off the list. He grabs a shiny
pink bow for the goomba and some anti-fuzzy spray for the
koopas. Along with a 2 giant water bottle.
`Finnaly he reaches the food section, extremly excited he
begins to grab everything thats delious. Meat,bread,cakes,
ect.
Carring everything in his hand he brings it all to check out.
He pulls out all of the coins they gave him and marios credit
card
A tired toad bags all of his items and falls asleep on the
desk. Luigi pats his head and leaves the store excited to
eat.

14. EXT EVERYONES AREA[MONTAGE]

Luigi places 1 water next to Nomanidmouse sleeping, He also
gives a water to Moustafa who is still upset about earlier.
Luigi apolyiges and contines on his journy.

15. LUIGI GRABS THE SPRAY AND FORCES ALL OF THE FUZZIES AWAY,
FIGHTING A FEW UNTIL THEY FINALLY LEAVE. THE KOOPAS ALL CHEER
AS THEY CELEBRAT GETTING FREE FROM THE FUZZIES AGAIN.
Walking up to the goombas still arguing, luigi hands the
first goomba a gift. He hands it to her as they immediately
stop arguing and hug.
Luigi goes into peaches room to see her trying on her dress,
carefully opening the box he hands her the flashing bow. She
squishes luigi til he practically passes out and places it in
the perfect stop.

100: LUIGI
Amazing as always princess!

Outside the castle All of the toads are preparing tables,

many are running into each other trying to get everything
done as soon as possible. Luigi places the table toppers on
the ones that didn't have any and leaves trying not to
disturb them.

16. INT HOME FINALLY

Luigi walks in beyound tired, He never wanted to be home more
than he did now. Mario still fast asleep on the couch somehow
surrounded with more food than earlier begins to snore. Luigi
places he card on the table to moves to the kichen.

17. INT KITCHEN

He puts all of the food up leaving the supplies to make his
food. He quickly makes the most decuous sandwhich he has
every seen and cuts it in half.

18. INT HALLWAY

He walks to his room petting his sandehich as he opens his
door in surprize.

19. INT LUIGIS ROOM

102: DASIY
What took you so long! Im hungry!!

103: LUIGI
....

104: DASIY
Did you think i wasn't going to
come over when you said you were
getting food? Pass me a piece.
Luigi smiling passes her a piece and sits right next to her.

105: DASIY
[chewing on the sandwhich]I did
bring some sweets but i think mario
got to it before we did..

106: LUIGI AND DASIY

[Laughing]
Both contiue eating as luigi lays his head against daisy,
daisy pushes him away and punches him. They laugh together as
they continue eating.
