EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 2019-02

CLUSTERING THE HOUSE AND DESIGNATING THE HOUSE CLUSTER

LEADERS OF BARANGAY #18 SAN ISIDRO, PASUQUIN, ILOCOS
NORTE.

Whereas, DDB Reg. #3, Series of 2017 calls for the clustering of houses in
the barangay to assist in the clearing of the PNP;

Whereas, the barangay has been divided in seven (7) puroks to effectively &
efficiently implement the program;

Now therefore, I, ELVIRO B. CALDITO, Punong Barangay, by virtue of the

power vested in me by law, do hereby declare the following:

Section 1. Brgy. #18 San Isidro is divided in 7 house clusters with

designated Cluster Leaders as follows:

Section 2. The house cluster leader shall perform the duties &
responsibilities:
a. Upon invitation or instruction of the Punong Barangay, attend
BADAC regular meeting;
b. Update & maintain list of residents in every household or the RBI, if
any, within the assigned cluster;
c. Observe the day to day activities happenings within the assigned
cluster & record any untoward incident/s;
d. Report to BADAC Chairman (PB) observations or information
gathered including those from other sources on illegal drugs,
personalities and activities;
e. As much as practicable, monitor individuals coming in and out of
every household, and
f. Perform other duties and functions as may be assigned by the
BADAC Chairman.
Section 3. Support of the Barangay House Cluster Leaders. The Punong
Barangay shall provide the House Cluster Leaders with the following:
1. Orientation on the objectives of house clustering and their role and
responsibilities;
 2. Update list of Barangay Residents in the assigned house cluster;

3. Supplies and materials necessary in the performance of their

duties; and
4. Ensure that the Barangay Secretary maintains and updates RBI.

Section 4. EFFECTIVITY. This Order shall effect immediately.
