RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE COMPREHENSIVE BARANGAY YOUTH DEVELOPMENT

PROGRAM (CBYDP) OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY DURUAROG,
DIADI, NUEVA VIZCAYA

WHEREAS, Section 8 of RA 10742 provides that the Sangguniang Kabataan shall formulate a three
(3) – year rolling plan, which shall be known as the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan
(CBYDP) which shall serve as basis in the preparation of the Annual Barangay Youth Investment
Program (ABYIP);

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan conducted a Situational Analysis Workshop on December 17 &
18, 2018 to come up with a draft CBYDP;

WHEREAS, the draft CBYDP was presented to the Katipunan ng Kabataan of Barangay Duruarog for
input, approval and concurrence on December 19, 2018;

WHEREAS, the PPAs identified are aligned to the Nine (9) sectors of the Philippine Youth
Development Plan;

WHEREAS, in its Regular/Special Meeting on December 20, 2018 and after considering the
correctness and consistency of the issues and PPAs identified, and on motion of Hon. Lea Jane D.
Calingayan, duly seconded, it was;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Sangguniang Kabataaan hereby adopts the two
(2) - year CBYDP of the Sangguniang Kabataan of the Barangay Duruarog, Diadi, Nueva Vizcaya;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this CBYDP be furnished the Sangguniang Barangay of
Duruarog for inclusion in the Two (2) – Year Barangay Development Plan of Barangay Duruarog, the
Municipal Youth Development Office and the DILG Municipal Office for information and reference.

SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN

RESOUTION APPROVING THE ANNUAL BARANGAY YOUTH INVESTMENT PROGRAM

(ABYIP) OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY DURUAROG, DIADI,
NUEVA VIZCAYA

WHEREAS, Section 8 (b) of RA 10742 provides that the Sangguniang Kabataan shall approve the SK
Annual Budget which is the Annual slice of the ABYIP;

WHEREAS, the ABYIP as mentioned in said RA shall refer to the yearly program based on the
CBYDP which shall contain the specific programs, projects and activities with corresponding project
costs;

WHEREAS, all projects prioritized to be implemented in Fiscal 2019 as based on the CBYDP are
included in the ABYIP for FY 2019;

WHEREAS, in its Regular/Special Meeting on December 20, 2018, the Sangguniang Kabataan
deliberated on the priority projects for FY 2019, the description of the PPAs and the specific expenditures
per PPA;

WHEREAS, after much deliberation and on motion Hon. Fremart T. Gandeza, duly seconded, it was;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Sangguniang Kabataaan hereby approves the
FY 2019 Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program (ABYIP) of the Sangguniang Kabataan of the
Barangay Duruarog, Diadi, Nueva Vizcaya;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this ABYIP be furnished the Sangguniang Barangay of
Duruarog for inclusion in the 2019 Annual Investment Program (AIP) of Barangay Lurad, the MYDO
and DILG Municipal Office for information and reference.

2019 AMOUNTING TO ONE HUNDRED FORTY FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED

NINETY THREE (PHP 144,593,00).

WHEREAS, the fund allotted for the Sangguniang Kabataan Fund for Barangay Villa Aurora be
budgeted and be implemented for the community as the whole;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan plays a vital role in nation building not only because they
constitute majority of the populace but more so because from the emanate fresh ideas and adulterated
idealism that could trigger a revolution in the developments efforts at the local level, specifically among
the youth;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan this barangay is working hand in hand for the benefit of
youngsters and the community and they are the hope of the future leading everyone to participate to any
endeavour;

THEREFORE,on motion and accord by all members present, it was;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, a resolution approving the 10% SK Fund of Barangay

Villa Aurora, Diadi, Nueva Vizcaya covering period of January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019 amounting
to ONE HUNDRED FORTY FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY THREE (PHP
144,593,00).

CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY, this 12th day of January, 2019 at Villa Aurora, Diadi, Nueva Vizcaya.
