How do you think can you manage to overcome communicating with another person

who comes from another culture? Cite scenarios/examples to further your explanation. 

Whenever one is communicating with someone who has a different culture than
yours, one should remember to always apply cultural appreciation and relativism.
Understanding and accepting the culture of others doesn’t mean you think that their culture is
right or wrong rather the point here is that you are trying to communicate with people from
another culture without making a big controversy over their culture of origin. An example is
when you have a transferee from a foreign country. When communicating with the transferee,
we should not try to criticize him/her based upon the culture that he/she has been accustomed
to rather we should communicate with the transferee while understanding that he/she came
from a different culture and it can be different from what we have.
