 Scheduling appointments for patients, which entailed preparing from their lab work
appointments, consultations with surgeons, appointments with nurses for their pre/post-
operative medications, and finalizing their surgery date, which took time and required complete
efficiency of the service.
 Make calls, send emails and text messages to patients to organize their appointments, and
confirm with them the sending of documents and medical prescriptions by the clinic for their
medical tests.
 Organize information provided by the surgery coordinators of those prospective patients who
have been interested in procedures and make an exhaustive follow-up of these.
 Keep patients informed of their appointments and follow up on their pending documents.
 A constant flow of communication was maintained between the guidelines of the clinic and its
patients in a clear and express way to consolidate the quality of the service and thus avoid an
