Solution Description

It is the core of customer journey concepts providing customer experience to a next level by
organizing a virtual queue environment enabling services in an organized structure for a single
branch or across the entire customer service network.

➢ Arrival Stage: When a customer arrives at the branch,


the 14-inch touch screen printer greets the customer
in the customer’s preferred language which in returns
print the ticket with ticket number, client logo, Client
name, service name, date, time etc. our printer uses
non-proprietary thermal paper roll

➢ Waiting and Serving Stage: Queberry compliments


waiting with a digital signage content management. It
allows customer to sits freely and waits for their turn.
Customers will be well informed on their queue
position from large screen LED displays where the
number(s) being served and pending are displayed.
Additionally, this space can be used for promotional
and product presentations.

➢ Serving and Assisting Stage: Queberry client agent


app and web-based tools provides a software calling
console, which is used to call the next customer in
queue, transfer, hold, recall etc. as major functions. It
supports the key KPI of agent and staff for analysis.

➢ Post Serving Analysis and Reporting module:


Queberry provides the post serving analysis as well
real time monitoring of the branch and organization.
It can also offer a complete set of reporting module
including customer feedback data as a single ticket
customer journey.

Terms & Conditions

➢ Guarantee: All standard equipment warranty is for a period of 1 year from the date of
delivery.
➢ Delivery Time: Is understood from the receipt PO & payment. The required bill of
quantity: hardware will be ready for delivery within 2 weeks upon the receipt of
payment.
➢ Price quoted – Ex-works Dubai
➢ Payment: 50% upon PO, 40% on hardware delivery & 10% upon installation.
➢ Validity of offer: 7 days from the date of submission.
➢ All quoted prices are exclusive of VAT & the same will be added on the invoice

Scope of Work

➢ SeQure Technologies will supply all the required hardware and software for the project
as per quote terms on delivery.
➢ Software Installation- Software installation and configuration of the system to be done
by SeQure Technologies engineers by remote session.
➢ Training and Knowledge Transfer: A complete training with knowledge transfer on the
installed solution will be provided by SeQure to customer by remote session.
➢ Manager dashboard will be provided for 1 user.

IT requirements

➢ Customer to provide the local server PC (i5 / 8GB RAM/ 500GB HDD, DOS)
➢ Required ports need to be opened to the local branch hub (to control the local devices
such as signage player, ticket dispenser, etc.)
➢ Customer to provide network point and power point at the location of ticket dispenser,
smart digital signage media box, TV & server PC.
➢ TV should be available on the site to display the token contents.
➢ Existing AV accessories will be used & client should provide all the required connectivity.
➢ Detailed IT pre-requisites will be shared upon confirmation.
➢ We recommend server room/IDF room to keep the queue system Spectrum Media Player
and Branch server PC.
