Before we begin our program proper, I want to share this motivational quote
by Newt Gingrich, “Perseverance is the hard work you do/ after you get
tired of doing the hard work you already did.”

I believe we can all agree on this one. Our job can feel like a never-ending
process, but finding meaning in what we do/ can make all the difference.

A very good morning once again to everyone. Welcome to our Entrance

Conference 2023. In this session, we aim to provide a comprehensive
understanding of the responsibilities and standards that are anticipated from
the management team, as well as from the Audit Team.

Introduction of As we begin this morning's program, it is my privilege to introduce to you/

Audit Team the dedicated individuals who form the backbone of our Audit Team.

Leading our team is our Supervising Auditor, Ma’am Helena L. Valdez,

with our Officer-in-charge- Audit Team Leader, Ms. Sheryl Leen A.
Torculas. Together with the members, Mr. Paul Ire James V. Alda and yours
truly, Jade Ceasar Ian J. Ferolino.

Introduction of It is now my pleasure to introduce to you the esteemed members of our

Auditees management teams, who play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of their
respective organizations.

First, I kindly request the presence of Mr. Dennis Y. Belarmino, to provide

us with an introduction of participants from the Division of Davao Oriental
and its Implementing units. A round of applause please.

Next, to present the participants from the Mati City Division and its
Implementing Units, please help me welcome, Mr. Nonilo Comidoy.
