Setup This sheet is where you enter a list of employee

This organizational template allows you to quickly and easily create an organizational chart for your company.
Simply enter your company and employee information and click Refresh on the Organizational chart and it it will be
automatically populated.
Note: This Template is uses an add-in that must be accepted one time on the Organizational Chart to begin use. In
order to use the add-in, the user must have an Office 365 Business or School account.
This sheet is where you enter a list of employee names, role types and position titles to be used in drop-down menus on
the Employee Data sheet.
This sheet is where you enter employee names and define role types and management structure.
This sheet is where the organizational chart is automatically created based on data input on the employee data sheet.
"Setup"
Enter Company Name on the line provided. This will show up as the Organizational Chart Title
Enter a list of all active employees that you may want to include on the organizational chart. The table should
automatically expand to capture new names that are entered on the next available row, but if it does not, there is a small
dark triangle in the bottom right corner of the last table cell you can click-and-drag to expand the table.
If you would like to see names in alphabetical order, click the gray arrow in the header of the table and select Sort A to Z.
"Employee Data"
Fill out each row completely for each employee.
If you need to add more employees than there are lines for, simply start typing on the line beneath the last row of the
table. It will expand to include your extra line. Drop-down menus will be updated automatically.
Table can be expanded up to 100 employees.
If the Manager position is left blank, this will be a top-level employee with no manager on the Organizational Chart.
"Organizational Chart"
Click the Refresh button in the top left of the sheet. This will update the chart with the curent information listed on the
Employee Data sheet. The "Edit" button should not be utilized on this sheet.
Our templates is compatible with online service but some templates that including macros feature is still not supported with Excel Online
Here is some hints that replace our macros in case of using Online Template
Some of our templates include Referesh/Update data macro button that can be replaced with Referesh All tool in Excel Online ribbon
Some of our templates have Full Screen macro button that can be replaced with the itself web browser full screen tool
Other macros is applied on less than ~15% of our templats can be overcome by transferring to Desktop App "Open in Desktop App"
To open online template using Desktop App be sure that you signed in to your Microsoft account / Onedrive account
