Kiwara A Irungu is writing to Mrs. Rose Akello, the head of Macmillan Memorial Library, to inquire about a potential job opportunity as a web developer at the library. Irungu notes that the library has recently digitized many of its records and books, expanding access beyond the physical building. Given Irungu's background in web design and previous experience managing frequently visited websites, they believe they would be a great fit for modifying and managing the library's website. Irungu asks Akello to consider their application for any upcoming web developer roles at the library.

Mrs Rose Akello,
Macmillan Memorial Library, P.O. Box 30573 – 00100, Nairobi, Kenya +254733227956 hello@bookbunk.org RE: INQUIRY OF JOB OPPORTUNITY IN THE LIBRARY. Dear Mrs Akello, I am currently a student who has been following the recent developments and changes in the National Library, especially the digitisation of records and books, which has propelled the library’s services and access has now expanded past the physical building and is now available to all Kenyans from virtually anywhere in the Country. I am writing this to ask you to consider adding the role of a web developer to help in modifying and managing the library’s website. Having majored in web design and management, I believe that I would be a great addition to your great team. I have previously worked in fast paced environments; I am well trained in management and systematics of a frequently visited website and fixing all the technical errors on a time crunch. I am highly motivated and excited to join your team as a web developer when the opportunity arises. Kindly consider my inquiry and application and thank you for your time. Kind regards, Kiwara A Irungu, alex.irungu@strathmore.edu
