Dear sir,
REQUEST FOR SEMESTER REGISTRATION BEFORE PAYMENT OF REMAINING AFUF
FEES.
My name is Quansah Sharon, a year two Electrical and Electronic Engineering Department
student. I am writing this letter to request for consideration on the payment of the remaining AFUF.
I plead to you that you will allow me to register for the second semester of the 2022/2023 academic
year before payment of the remainder of AFUF.
I had paid a sum of One Thousand Cedis (Ghc1000) as part payment out of One Thousand Eight
Hundred and Seventy-seven Cedis and Thirty-One Pesewas (Ghc1,877.31) last semester.
Actually, my father lost his job and my mother is the only one working trying to add up to my fees,
but as it stands, they are not in a good position to pay my school fees now, and also me not
registering can cause affect my academics. They promised to pay the remainder of the AFUF by
the end of June, 2023.
I hope you will consider my situation so I can register.
