Welfare Department for the financial year 2022 -23. Which is Rs.48.72 Cr (0.53%)
more than the last Year i.e., 2021-22 budget Provision Rs.9176.56 Cr.

 Important Schemes - Allocation of BE 2022-23

 YSR Pension Kanuka : Rs 3051.39 Cr.

 Amma Vodi : Rs.1284.37 Cr
 YSR Aasara (waiver of loan to SHGs) : Rs.1288.06 Cr
 YSR Cheyutha : Rs. 1017.14 Cr
 Jaganana Vidya Deevena : Rs.218.74 Cr
 Jaganana Vasati Deevena : Rs.247.79 Cr
 125 feet statue of Dr B.R. Ambedkar : Rs. 150.00 Cr
 Government Hostels : Rs. 405.56 Cr
 Pradhan Mantri Anusuchit Jaati Abhyuday Yojana(PMAJAY): Rs. 135.95 Cr
 Free Power : Rs 300 Cr

For the following schemes allocation in 2022-23 is increased:

1. Pre-matric Scholarship for IX to X, an amount of Rs. 50.50 Cr was allocated

which is Rs. 20.50 Cr (68.33%) more than the FY 2021-22.

2. Government Hostels an amount of Rs.405.56 Cr was allocated which is

Rs.43.43 Cr (11.99 %) more than the FY 2021-22.

3. Erection of Ambedkar and Jagjeevan Ram Statue an amount of Rs.150.00 Cr

was allocated which is Rs.149.80 Cr more than the FY 2021-22.

4. APSW Residential Schools an amount of Rs. 702.15 Cr was allocated which

is Rs.20.64 Cr (3.03 %) more than the FY 2021-22.
