Purpose:

Reducing the flow pressure from the discharge line through the cooldown
chamber to the slope line.

Where it was created:

The end of the parcel line and before entering the matching or main lift station.
The end of the expulsion line from the main stations to the disposal point, such as
drains.
The end of the discharge line of the flood and rainwater raising station to the end
and disposal point .

Main specifications:

• Rooms made of reinforced concrete. The longitudinal direction of the room

is in the same direction as the entry and exit pipes.
• The width of the room must not be less than three times the diameter of
the slope pipe (exit) and not less than 1.20m .
• The length of the room is not less than three times the width of the room,
as the length of the room has a great effect in reducing the pressure of the
expulsion line .
• An elbow with flanges is installed at the entrance of the discharge line
inside the room, and it is installed at the bottom to direct the water to the
floor of the room.
• Sometimes a weir is constructed inside the room to calm the force of the
water and the flow of water to the slope line, and sometimes a concrete
block is made in front of the entrance to the ejection line to break the force
of the water rush.

• Concrete slopes 1:10 are made for the floor towards the slope line (exit) .
• It is recommended to install plastic panels throughout the floor to avoid
erosion from the forces of water pushing from the entrance pipe.
• The slowdown chamber is made of fiberglass treated with iso-resin and
coated with gelcoat to ensure complete isolation and reduce the rate of
friction inside the unit.
• The slowdown chamber can be made in different sizes upon client's'
request (subject to the above notes).

Warranty Policy
warranty period:
From the date of installation
• Warranty period of 25 years for the product body, Includes leakage and damage
from manufacturing.
• Providing supplies and spare parts for a period of five years.

Warranty Policy:
General rules and conditions:
1. The original contract must be provided.
2. Warranty means that the product has been approved for repair, Replacement is
only for products that cannot be repaired, and in the event of a manufacturing defect
in the product, within six days from the date of installation, the product can be
exchanged or returned.
3. The product must be within the warranty period, and under the original sales
invoice.
4. The warranty covers any manufacturing defect of the product, and does not
include any malfunction caused by misuse.
5. The warranty does not cover consumables that must be replaced or replaced
periodically.
6. Warranty is voided in case the product is serviced at centers not approved by
Rusukh.
7. Installation, operation and periodic maintenance is carried out (for a
company/companies) officially approved by Rusukh Company.
8. The warranty does not include any additional damage resulting from the delay in
reporting to request a product repair.
