Manah
The Manipal Crest, derived from the letter
‘M’, is a symbol of trust and integrity. It is
enhanced by timeless copper; a noble metal
with healing properties. The symbol stands
free as a celebration of a unique
form that has many meanings most important
of which is the M of ‘Manah’. The rich orange
tones of copper are brought forward,
signifying a continuity and change from the
past to a prosperous future.

The logo has two single color versions –


Black and White. The logo must appear in
black against completely white backgrounds or

The Manipal TRUtest credo represents the belief of providing
diagnostic reports by utilizing its three core strengths, i.e.,
Speed, Accuracy, and Reliability.

Hence, the tagine cements this trust with – ‘Results that matter.’

Icon
The dots denote strands of unique human
DNA with three lines moving from light to
dark symbolizing the speedy results which
are fast, accurate and reliable.

The central design must consist of the


icons of round dot and three stripes for
every collateral.

These distinctive icons demonstrate quick


and trusted delivery of results. The design
variations can be choices of white against
a completely black background or a black
design against a completely white bacground.

Photography
The image must complement the brand
values and visual language. We must
ensure that these are clean, simple and
carry a depth of field and a human element.

Additionally, we must always maintain


a 40% white layer on the top while using
the text and logo.

Only vertical and horizontal formats must be

trust, knowledge, professionalism, cleanliness,
calm and focus. Since the medical fraternity

Teal has been chosen as the next primary


colour since it is globally associated with

HELVETICA ALL WEIGHTS

When it comes to the primary typeface for our Brand,


Manipal TRUtest, Helvetica Neue is recommended.
The typeface is a right mixture of aesthetic and
technical refinements that gives superior design
proportions, improved legibility and an expanded
range of uses beyond the original Helvetica typefaces.

Other Monotype global fonts can be paired with


Neue Helvetica to create a more comprehensive
global typographic system.

ROBOTO ALL WEIGHTS

Roboto is the secondary recommended typeface


for our brand for usage in case the primary
typeface is unavailable. Roboto is part of the
Google Material Design Suite.

The modern typeface is universally recognized,


applicable across digital communication assets, and
has a great visual appeal on high-resolution devices.
