abstract
technology has become the hearts of for a lot of things, this research has
considered a critical literature review of previous researchers with the objective
to examine what are new ways peoples can use technology to change the world.
This study assessed the new ways of using technology to make the world stable
using secondary data over the period of for the past decades published annual
reports related to the ways of technology.
This Study employed purposive sampling technique to select the required sample
of the use of technology in the world. the result was affirmed by cointegration
regression analysis. A lot of countries out of the world as the last some years,
were selected to study.as the study indicates the current ways of use technology
is make the world insecure, make chaos and break the relations between the
citizens and nations. So to improve this kinds of problems we have to change the
current methods or ways of using technology so this is the reason why we want to
do something about the new ways of using technology.

Introduction
This chapter begins with discussing background of the study that gives some
insight on the issues of technology. After giving some insights on the issues of
technology, statement of the problem part that shows the direction of the study,
justifies the reason to carry out this study. Following this, both general and
specific objectives of the study, the research hypothesis those tested against the
econometric and descriptive statistics results are presented. Lastly, the
subsequent section presents significance of the study, scope and limitation of the
study, organization of the paper and ethical issues respectively.
Additionally, technology is the creation, modification, usage and knowledge tools,
machine, techniques and system to solve a problem, improve a pre-existing
solution or achieve a goal.
Technology is applying logical learning to discover answer and fix issues.it is the
utilization of science and logical learning for down to earth purpose. Every other
articulation is result of connected innovation. Innovation incorporates strategies,
framework and gadgets.

Technology can be most comprehensively characterized as the substance. Both

Today’s the environment is very dynamic and experiences rapid change as a result
of creativity, innovation, technological changes, increased awareness and
demands from users. Media organizations, especially the use of social media in a
complex and competitive environment characterized by dynamic changing
conditions and highly unpredictable economic climate with information and
communication technology. The role of the technology in the world became of
interest to this study due to the significance and obstacle role it plays in the
economy, politically and social by stimulating the peoples to use the technology.
the objective of this study is to examine the role of information and
communication technology in ensuring efficient service delivery in the different
kinds of organizations as a strategy for the actualization of the profit maximization
objectives of organizations and the service takers.
Social media become available for users throughout the world by 2006 the
establishment of technology company which was based on a with sufficient
technology devise and experts.
Statement of problem
One of the challenges confronting of use technology could be classified in to three
classes as human, operational and technical constraints. The human constraints
include loss of life, poor ability, illiteracy and aging. The operational constraints
include insecurity for hackers, frauds and standardization of channel. The
technical constraints are centered on independence and Other identified
problems that can have a problem on the use technology in the adoption of
Communication and Technology can be explained it make the user to be false idea
taker and make the world insecure.
Additionally, there is likewise and bad influence on peoples, take the technology
in different environments has several important disadvantages. Peoples get
addicted to technology.as a result, they are helpless without it or use some
programs, which is a pure waste of time.
Many teenagers are strongly bound to social media. this induce other essential
drawbacks. They cannot get rid of the habit of accessing their pages on Facebook,
Instagram, twitter, and other social media sites. This is the great distraction, and
rebukes and warnings of others may have no power. The frequent use of social
media and technological devise, in general, is the new and very strong from
addiction.as we know.no addiction is good.
This also make the peoples make such socially isolated. They used to
communicate via the internet. nevertheless, they are simply confused when they
should talk to somebody in real life.
The usage of technological progress has its own difficulties in education,
organizations, service takers and other relates.

if organizations utilize ICT properly. The finding of this study, which
details with the new ways of use technology is beneficial for different
stakeholders such as different industry, for users. and researchers as
follows. For court experts, the finding of this study might be used as by
reducing their time, steam regarding the new methods of use social
media. In addition, this study will initiate the different organizations to
give due emphasis on the management of these identified variables and
provides them with understanding of activities that will enhance ICT
usage performance. Furthermore, the findings of this study initiate
researchers for further studies. Lastly, this study serves as reference for

The study covers the period for the last years. The study is faced with lack of data
in experts. However, this limitation would be overcome by relying on data in the
organizations that is capable of furnishing the required information by using the
network. The data obtained is expected to serve the purpose of the analysis. Data
obtained from published reports are expected to serve as the basis for this
analysis.
Additionally; when we try to get something related with our proposal we got a
problem that was how we can start it because we never done like it before.
