2. This pertains to the Conference on Road Clearing Operations to Adrress

the Worsening Traffic Condition Nationwide presided by PBGEN ADREW D CAYAD,
EX-O, DO and virtually attended by the undersigned on March 29, 2023 at RLDDD
Virtual Room.

3. In this regard, this are the actions taken by this company of the following

Motorcycle Patrol Units to pair when conducted motorcycle
observe "Buddy System" (one patrolling along the national highway of

to the numerous accidents
recorded;
Such events doesn’t promote safe riding and road decipline, because of the
given timeline to finish the challenge, the drive for fame to finnish first, turns
the challenge into a public road race where commuters and participants are
on the risk of accident. Being previledged to own a expensive and powerful
bike doesn’t give us the right to drive or ride recklessly and without
consideration on the other people using the public highways. Instead they
should promote the opposite and use the fame of their expensive machine to
promote safety and road decipline.
