DIET MENU FOR PREVENTION OF COVID -19


5-5.30 am– On empty stomach to drink a glass of warm water/
hot water
6 – 6,30 am – Y&N Immune Boosting Hot Drink
Children : Juice – 100ml &Tea- 20ml
8 – 8.30 am – A cup of Millet Pongal/Mixed dal Adai – 2
nos/Mixed millet Dosa – 3 nos + Corriander,Mint Chutney/
Ginger Chutney/Roasted Bengal gram with Coconut Chutney –
3 tsp

10.30 -11am – One Seasonal Fruit ( Medium size) + One Amla


( Orange/ Sathukudi/Guava)/ 1 cut Pappaya – 1 Bowl
1- 1.30pm - Rice( Any variety/Millets) – 1 Bowl
Sambar – 1 Cup
Garlic Rasam – 1 Cup
Country Vegetable
Kootu/Poriyal mixed
With Green Leaves - 1 Bowl
Buttermilk seasoned with - 1 glass
Coriander,Curryleaves, Ginger & Asafoetida
3.30- 4 pm – Mixed Nuts – A fistful/20gms
( Groundnut/Almond/Cashew/Coconut)
(or)
Sprouts – A Cup ( Greengram/ Small Channa)
7-7.30 pm – Multi Cerreal grains phulkas- 2nos + Plain dal – A
Cup/ Multi grain Idlis – 4 nos + Tomato Onion Chutney- 3 tsp
Note;

1.Drink minimum 2-3 liters of safe &wholesome water

2. Foods – Should be washed well before cooking and


consumption to remove contaminants.

- Vegetables should be cut into pieces. Don’t wash


vegetables after cutting
