Excerpt from the minutes of the meeting of San Alberto Magno Academy of Tubao La Union Inc. with parents, guardians and faculty held on March 24, 2023. * The meeting started at exactly 1:00 in the aftemoon with a short prayer led by Mr. Jay Jay C. Milo. The principal Mr. Romeo D. Dumaguin welcomed the parents who were present and acknowledged them with gratitude and joy. He thanked the support and Participation of all parents especially the President Mrs. Myra D. Lopez for superheading all the projects. The principal thanked and appreciated all the activities that were supported by the parents, * The following were the concems discussed, to wit: > School Fees for School Year 2022-2023 Achievement Tes for Grade 11 and 12 New School Uniform PTA Project LMS Fiesta Participation vVvvvy 15% increase in tuition fee across grade levels. However, the computer laboratory fee, science, laboratory fee and TLE laboratory fee will be maintained. Achievement test was also applied this school year, it was only stop during the pandemic, so the Achievement Test Fee for Grade 11 and 12 was also discussed to the parents. It was also mentioned the implementation of the centralized new school uniform for the incoming grade 7 and grade 1 students. The PTA project was also discussed and agreed by the body. Learning Management System to be used by the grade 7 to grade 10 students and Fiesta participation was also discussed.
